At Speech and Beyond Pediatric Therapy in Jenks, OK, our team is passionate about helping children thrive. We are comprised of highly skilled and dedicated professionals who are committed to creating a welcoming environment where every child feels supported and encouraged.

Speech Therapists

  • Owner, Speech Language Pathologist

    Sarah earned her Bachelors and Masters Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Oklahoma State University. She has worked in the public school setting, clinic setting and with the birth to three population through the SoonerStart program. She enjoys working with children of all abilities. Sarah specializes in the following areas:

    Feeding, Swallowing and Oral Motor Therapy
    Down Syndrome
    Child Speech (Articulation) and Language Disorders
    Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC)
    Feeding groups for picky eaters
    Childhood Apraxia of Speech
    Pragmatics/Social Skills

  • Speech Language Pathologist, Team Lead

    Cara earned her Bachelors and Masters degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders from Oklahoma State University. She has worked in pediatric and adult outpatient centers but has found a real home with pediatrics. She loves working with clients in areas including articulation, early language development, AAC, Autism Spectrum Disorders, cognitive communication, and feeding. She has additional training with the CAN-EAT approach to feeding. She loves finding out what works for each individual child and using their strengths to grow. In her free time, Cara enjoys spending time with her son and husband, having game nights with friends and family, reading, and singing!

  • Speech Language Pathologist

    Melissa earned her Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from the University of Tulsa, an amazing experience that changed her life. She has worked in public schools and clinical settings.

    She loves working with all areas in speech and language and has a special interest in serving children with dyslexia.

    In her free time Melissa can be found on the ice with the Tulsa Curling Club, enjoying life with her husband, and attempting to convince her treacherous dachshunds to behave.

  • SLP Speech Language Pathologist

    Natalie earned her Bachelors and Masters degrees in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Oklahoma State University. She has worked in the public school system with elementary aged students. Natalie has experience treating articulation disorders, receptive/expressive language disorders, pragmatic delays, developmental delays, multiple disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, fluency disorders, and utilizing AAC. She loves creating a safe and comfortable space for children to grow, learn, and become more confident in themselves! In her free time Natalie loves spending time with her husband and son, visiting antique stores, petting any animal nearby, and learning new things!

  • Speech Language Pathologist

    Stacey earned her Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology  from the University of Tulsa and her Master’s in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences from the University of Connecticut. 

    As a speech-language pathologist, her main goal is to utilize her education, experience, and abilities to improve the lives of children with speech and language delays. She  believes collaboration with parents and other therapy providers is the key to understanding and meeting speech-language goals. She has 10 years of experience working with children with communication disorders and her specialities include: severe speech sound disorders, phonological/reading disorders, augmentative and alternative communication, and language disorders. She enjoys working with nonverbal students to create a means of communication, assisting children with speech sound and phonological disorders, and working on language delays through improved sentence structure and narrative development. 

    When she is not working you can find her on a trail mountain biking or hiking, reading all of the  books, or in her garden with her 2 pups.

  • Speech Language Pathologist 

    Maggie earned both her Bachelors and Masters degrees from the University of Tulsa, where she also played volleyball for four years. Her passion for working with children led her to the pediatric field, where she strives to help kids communicate and express themselves more effectively. Maggie is dedicated to collaborating with parents to support and enhance their children's speech and language skills at home.

  • Speech Language Pathologist

    Kaitlyn earned her master's degree from Harding University with the motto and mindset of "inspired purpose and practicing at the top of your license". She has certifications in LSVT LOUD and PECS Level 1. She’s always had a heart for children of all ages and their parents! Kaitlyn is excited to be on this journey and help kiddos see their potential and their strengths!

    During her free time, she enjoys reading, spending time with family, and crocheting stuffed animals!

  • Speech Language Pathologist

    Hayley earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Baldwin Wallace University, and her Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from Missouri State University. Hayley enjoys working with children of all ages and all different skills levels. She is passionate about using play in therapy while working to accomplish goals! In her free time, she enjoys cooking, playing violin, and taking her dog to the park.

  • Speech Language Pathologist 

    Miranda earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Oklahoma State University and her Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from The University of Tulsa.

    Miranda has a passion for working with children of all ages and loves to see children meet their goals while participating in fun therapeutic play activities. She enjoys treating all areas of speech and language with special interests in articulation disorders, the use of AAC, and ASD. She values the ability to get to know the children she works with, their families, and to see the continuous growth and development made through therapy.

    Miranda enjoys spending her free time with her husband, family, and friends. When not at work she can be found attending church, walking their dogs to the dog park, reading books, playing board games, and attending yoga class!

    Regan earned both her bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Oklahoma. With a deep passion for working with children, she is dedicated to making therapy a fun and engaging experience while helping kids achieve their speech and language goals.

    Outside of work, Regan enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, reading, and playing tennis.

    Madison is a compassionate and skilled pediatric speech-language pathologist at Speech & Beyond Pediatric Therapy in Jenks, OK. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern State University and a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from California Baptist University.

    Madison is passionate about empowering children to find their voice and thrive in their communication skills. She specializes in working with children of all ages and abilities, tailoring her therapy sessions to each child’s unique needs. By incorporating evidence-based practices and play-centered techniques, Madison ensures therapy is not only effective but also engaging and enjoyable for her young clients.

    Outside of the therapy room, Madison loves to travel and explore new destinations. She also channels her creativity into scrapbooking, preserving cherished memories one page at a time.

Physical Therapists

 
  • Physical Therapist, Team Lead

    Andi earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Northern Arizona University in 2016. She has worked with patients of all ages in both the hospital and outpatient settings. She specializes in neurologic, orthopedic, and vestibular rehabilitation, with additional training in manual therapy and kinesiotaping. Andi was a collegiate cheerleader and she continues to be her patient’s biggest cheerleader in helping them reach their goals.

    In her free time, Andi enjoys spending time with her family and friends, singing, playing tennis, working out, and playing with her two dogs.

  • Physical Therapist

    Natosha is a dedicated and compassionate physical therapist with a strong academic foundation and a passion for helping patients achieve their goals. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Education and Promotion, specializing in Exercise and Health, from Oklahoma State University in 2021. In 2025, she completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the University of Oklahoma, where she gained extensive experience working with patients of all ages across various outpatient settings.

    Natosha has pursued additional specialized training in Pelvic Floor Therapy, with a particular focus on supporting individuals with chronic illnesses and conditions such as joint hypermobility and Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS). Her expertise and empathetic approach make her a valuable resource for patients navigating these complex challenges.

    Outside of work, Natosha enjoys spending quality time with her family, staying active through workouts, and relaxing with her German Shepherd, Rylie. She’s also a movie enthusiast who loves unwinding with a good film.

  • Pediatric Physical Therapist

    Kori Jameson is a compassionate and enthusiastic Pediatric Physical Therapist who is dedicated to helping children achieve their fullest potential through movement, play, and exploration. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health and Exercise Science before completing her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.


    As a newer professional in the field, Kori brings fresh energy and a commitment to creating a fun, supportive, and empowering environment for her patients and their families. She believes therapy should be a positive and joyful experience, fostering confidence and growth in every child she works with.


    Kori’s dedication to connection and communication extends beyond the clinic—she is currently expanding her skills by taking American Sign Language (ASL) classes. When she’s not working, you can find her hiking, camping, and enjoying the great outdoors, where she recharges her spirit and reflects her love for movement and adventure.

  • Occupational Therapist, Team Lead

    Jordan brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to the Speech & Beyond team. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University and her Master’s in Occupational Therapy from Northeastern State University. With extensive experience in outpatient pediatrics, Jordan is dedicated to empowering children and their caregivers by identifying areas of need and creating evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each child’s unique strengths and challenges.


    Jordan’s therapy sessions are anything but ordinary! She skillfully incorporates each child’s favorite interests into activities, using the power of play to make learning new skills both engaging and effective. Her approach is child-led, joy-filled, and often sprinkled with silliness, ensuring therapy is not only meaningful but also fun.

    Outside of work, Jordan loves spending quality time with her family, shopping for the perfect find, enjoying brunch with friends, and dancing her heart out. Her vibrant energy and commitment to helping children thrive make her an invaluable part of the Speech & Beyond team.

  • Occupational Therapist

    Taylor earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Oklahoma Wesleyan University and her Master of Occupational Therapy degree from the University of Oklahoma - Tulsa. As a Certified Tier 1 SMHP (Size Matters Handwriting Program) Therapist, Taylor primarily works in school settings, helping children develop essential skills for success. She also brings valuable experience in feeding therapy, daily living skills, and sensory regulation.

    Taylor’s passion for occupational therapy began at home, growing up alongside her younger brother, who received OT services. Since earning her certifications, she has worked extensively with children in outpatient settings, fostering independence and confidence in her young clients. She is especially dedicated to supporting children and families navigating foster care and adoption, bringing both personal and professional experience to her work.

    Taylor believes in a collaborative approach, partnering with children, their families, and their support systems to improve independence, participation, and overall quality of life, whatever that may look like for each unique child.

    When she’s not working, Taylor loves cheering on her daughter, recharging with iced coffee, and spending time with family and friends. She enjoys working out, reading, baking, watching college football, collecting houseplants, and traveling.

  • Occupational Therapist

    Renee has worked in the Tulsa area for many years as a licensed Occupational Therapist. She worked in a variety of settings and with all ages until shifting her focus specifically to outpatient pediatrics nine years ago. Renee utilizes a child’s interests and typical childhood activities to help children develop the skills necessary to perform their daily activities as independently as possible. Areas addressed in therapy include fine motor precision, visual motor integration, and whole body coordination as well as sensory processing and development of coping techniques to handle the strong emotions children experience that interfere with their daily activities. In her free time she enjoys spending time with friends and traveling to visit her adult children and especially her grandson.

    Kassidy, a dedicated and compassionate occupational therapist, brings her expertise to the team at Speech & Beyond Pediatric Therapy. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Baker University and earned her Occupational Therapy Doctorate from the University of Kansas Medical Center.

    Kassidy is deeply passionate about helping children thrive through creativity, play, and developmental support. Guided by her lifelong love for working with kids, she finds immense joy in fostering their growth, celebrating their milestones, and witnessing their imaginations come to life. Committed to child-centered care, Kassidy is excited to make a meaningful impact on the community as she begins her professional career.

    When she’s not working, Kassidy loves spending time with her husband, discovering hidden treasures at local thrift shops, and experimenting with new baking recipes—though she admits not all of them are a hit! Her enthusiasm, warmth, and dedication make her a cherished member of the Speech & Beyond team.

  • Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

    Rachel earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from Northeastern State University. Having grown up and raised her own children in Tulsa and Broken Arrow, she recently moved home after working in outpatient pediatrics in Las Vegas for the last 5 years. Rachel loves a play-based approach to therapy, and believes that each and every victory should be celebrated! She believes in close collaboration with parents and families in order to ensure carryover of new skills to home and school.

    In her free time, she and her husband, teenage boys, and their dogs can be found walking, swimming, and traveling together.

    Shelly earned her Associates of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy at Brown Mackie College in 2014 in Tulsa, Ok. Her work experience includes a skilled nursing facility, as well as home health and school systems. Shelly enjoys working with children of all ages and help them reach their goals.

    Megan earned her Associates of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy from Tulsa Community College in 2015. As well as her Associates of Science in Pre-Education in 2011 from OSU - IT. She has worked in pediatrics her entire career including outpatient, schools, home health, teletherapy and aquatics. She enjoys working with families and children to help them be the best they can be. This includes fine motor, handwriting, sensory processing, self regulation, visual perceptual, assistive technology, bilateral coordination, and more! 

    During her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She loves reading, building LEGO sets, caring for her plants, and playing games.

    Lisa earned her Associate of Applied Sciences in Occupational Therapy from Tulsa Community College. Her work experience has been in skilled nursing facilities, outpatient clinics and home health.
