Sarah Koehling, MS, CCC-SLP
Owner, Speech Language Pathologist

Sarah earned her Bachelors and Masters Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Oklahoma State University. She has worked in the public school setting, clinic setting and with the birth to three population through the SoonerStart program. She enjoys working with children of all abilities. Sarah specializes in the following areas:

Feeding, Swallowing and Oral Motor Therapy
Down Syndrome
Child Speech (Articulation) and Language Disorders
Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC)
Feeding groups for picky eaters

Brooke, MS, CCC-SLP
Speech Language Pathologist

Brooke earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Oklahoma, and her Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from the University of Tulsa. Brooke loves working with children of all ages. She is passionate about helping kids achieve their goals while making the journey FUN! In her free time, she enjoys baking, evening walks with her husband and dog, and weekends at the lake with family and friends.

Cara, MS CCC-SLP
Speech Language Pathologist, Team Lead

Cara earned her Bachelors and Masters degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders from Oklahoma State University. She has worked in pediatric and adult outpatient centers but has found a real home with pediatrics. She loves working with clients in areas including articulation, early language development, AAC, Autism Spectrum Disorders, cognitive communication, and feeding. She has additional training with the CAN-EAT approach to feeding. She loves finding out what works for each individual child and using their strengths to grow. In her free time, Cara enjoys spending time with her son and husband, having game nights with friends and family, reading, and singing!

Melissa, MS, CCC-SLP
Speech Language Pathologist

Melissa earned her Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from the University of Tulsa, an amazing experience that changed her life. She has worked in public schools and clinical settings.

She loves working with all areas in speech and language and has a special interest in serving children with dyslexia.

In her free time Melissa can be found on the ice with the Tulsa Curling Club, enjoying life with her husband, and attempting to convince her treacherous dachshunds to behave.

Natalie, MS, CCC-SLP
SLP Speech Language Pathologist

Natalie earned her Bachelors and Masters degrees in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Oklahoma State University. She has worked in the public school system with elementary aged students. Natalie has experience treating articulation disorders, receptive/expressive language disorders, pragmatic delays, developmental delays, multiple disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, fluency disorders, and utilizing AAC. She loves creating a safe and comfortable space for children to grow, learn, and become more confident in themselves! In her free time Natalie loves spending time with her husband and son, visiting antique stores, petting any animal nearby, and learning new things!

Stacey, MS, CCC-SLP
Speech Language Pathologist

Stacey earned her Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology  from the University of Tulsa and her Master’s in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences from the University of Connecticut. 

As a speech-language pathologist, her main goal is to utilize her education, experience, and abilities to improve the lives of children with speech and language delays. She  believes collaboration with parents and other therapy providers is the key to understanding and meeting speech-language goals. She has 10 years of experience working with children with communication disorders and her specialities include: severe speech sound disorders, phonological/reading disorders, augmentative and alternative communication, and language disorders. She enjoys working with nonverbal students to create a means of communication, assisting children with speech sound and phonological disorders, and working on language delays through improved sentence structure and narrative development. 

When she is not working you can find her on a trail mountain biking or hiking, reading all of the  books, or in her garden with her 2 pups.

Emali, MS, CF-SLP
Speech Language Pathologist 

Emali earned her Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Speech-Language Pathology at Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, OK. She has worked in public schools, pediatric clinics, and pediatric home health. She has experience with Autism, articulation and phonological disorders, receptive and expressive language disorders, and fluency disorders. Emali loves working with children of all ages. 

During her free time, Emali enjoys going on adventures with her wife Taylor, and dog Gypsy, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.

Kaitlyn, MS, CF-SLP
Speech Language Pathologist

Kaitlyn earned her master's degree from Harding University with the motto and mindset of "inspired purpose and practicing at the top of your license". She has certifications in LSVT LOUD and PECS Level 1. She’s always had a heart for children of all ages and their parents! Kaitlyn is excited to be on this journey and help kiddos see their potential and their strengths!

During her free time, she enjoys reading, spending time with family, and crocheting stuffed animals!

Miranda, CF SLP
Speech Language Pathologist 

Miranda earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Oklahoma State University and her Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from The University of Tulsa.

Miranda has a passion for working with children of all ages and loves to see children meet their goals while participating in fun therapeutic play activities. She enjoys treating all areas of speech and language with special interests in articulation disorders, the use of AAC, and ASD. She values the ability to get to know the children she works with, their families, and to see the continuous growth and development made through therapy.

Miranda enjoys spending her free time with her husband, family, and friends. When not at work she can be found attending church, walking their dogs to the dog park, reading books, playing board games, and attending yoga class!  

Lauren, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist,

Lauren earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Oklahoma in 2020 and immediately began working in the pediatric setting. She is passionate about helping her patients reach their full potential and achieve their goals.

In her free time, Lauren enjoys hanging out with her husband and friends, serving at church, spending time outdoors hiking, fishing, and running, crafting, and photography.

Andi, PT, DPT 
Physical Therapist 

Andi earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Northern Arizona University in 2016. She has worked with patients of all ages in both the hospital and outpatient settings. She specializes in neurologic, orthopedic, and vestibular rehabilitation, with additional training in manual therapy and kinesiotaping. Andi was a collegiate cheerleader and she continues to be her patient’s biggest cheerleader in helping them reach their goals.

In her free time, Andi enjoys spending time with her family and friends, singing, playing tennis, working out, and playing with her two dogs. 

Heather, PTA, CSMS
Physical Therapist Assistant


Heather earned her bachelor’s degree in Biology from East Central University and associate in applied science in Physical Therapy from TCC 
in 2014. Her work experience has been in the outpatient and home health  settings, specializing in orthopedics and sports rehab, working with patients of all ages.

Heather has additional training in IASTM, MFR cupping, kinesiotaping, and is a Certified Sportsmetrics Specialist. In her free time, Heather enjoys spending time with her daughter and husband, working out, going  to antique stores, and anything soccer.

Jodie, CPTA
Physical Therapist Assistant

Jodie earned her Bachelors in Kinesiology and Associates of Science in Physical Therapy from Washburn University in 2017. She began working in pediatrics after graduating and fell in love with the setting. She has experience with children of all ages, abilities, and diagnoses. She is excited to continue helping improve the lives of children at Speech and Beyond!

Outside of the office Jodie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, attending church, playing tennis, working out, and traveling.

Taylor, MOT, OTR/L
Occupational Therapist

Taylor earned her Bachelor's degree in Biology from Oklahoma Wesleyan University and her Master of Occupational Therapy degree from the University of Oklahoma - Tulsa. She grew up closely experiencing OT with her younger brother and has worked with children in the outpatient setting since earning her certifications. She is passionate about working alongside a child, their family, and support system as a team to improve their independence, participation, and overall quality of life, however that may look. She has a heart for, and experience with both caring for and treating children in foster care.

In her free time, she can be found chasing her toddler and re-fueling with iced coffee. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, watching college football, buying houseplants, and traveling.

Jordan, MOT, OTR/L
Occupational Therapist

Jordan earned her bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University and Master’s of Occupational Therapy from Northeastern State University. She has experience working in an outpatient pediatric setting. Jordan is passionate about working closely with children and caregivers to determine the child’s area of needs to design evidence-based treatment plans that provide just the right challenge to enhance their engagement in their daily activities!

In her free time, Jordan enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing with her dog Abby, and dancing!

Renee, MOT, OTR/L
Occupational Therapist

Renee has worked in the Tulsa area for many years as a licensed Occupational Therapist. She worked in a variety of settings and with all ages until shifting her focus specifically to outpatient pediatrics nine years ago. Renee utilizes a child’s interests and typical childhood activities to help children develop the skills necessary to perform their daily activities as independently as possible. Areas addressed in therapy include fine motor precision, visual motor integration, and whole body coordination as well as sensory processing and development of coping techniques to handle the strong emotions children experience that interfere with their daily activities. In her free time she enjoys spending time with friends and traveling to visit her adult children and especially her grandson.

Rachelle, MOT, OTR/L
Occupational Therapist, Team Lead

Rachelle earned her bachelor’s degree in Health and Exercise Science from the University of Oklahoma in Norman and her master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Oklahoma in Tulsa. She has experience working in the pediatric outpatient setting. She enjoys working with families and children of all ages and disabilities to build skills to become independent, grow stronger, gain confidence, obtain coping strategies, increase participation in school and social situations, and many more.

In her free time she enjoys traveling with her fiancé, going to the pool/lake in the summer, playing with their dogs, all things Harry Potter, and hanging with her friends. Rachelle also loves playing golf and going to OU football games with her dad.

Shelly, COTA
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

Shelly earned her Associates of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy at Brown Mackie College in 2014 in Tulsa, Ok. Her work experience includes a skilled nursing facility, as well as home health and school systems. Shelly enjoys working with children of all ages and help them reach their goals.

Lisa earned her Associate of Applied Sciences in Occupational Therapy from Tulsa Community College. Her work experience has been in skilled nursing facilities, outpatient clinics and home health. Tanya, COTA

Tanya earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from SWOSU and her associate in applied science in occupational therapy from OKCCC.  She has worked in the public school and outpatient therapy settings for 22 years. She has worked with ages 1 to 20 with a wide variety of diagnoses and needs/superpowers.   She has knowledge with fine motor, handwriting, sensory regulation, calming/coping strategies, zones of regulation, visual motor/perceptual, executive functioning, and social skills.
